It is essential that you enjoy the build-up to your big day, without worrying about the many tasks that need completing. We will save you hours of time, in which you can focus on the things you enjoy.
Concept & Design
Are you searching for a theme for your wedding? Zita will draw on her manifold design backgrounds to create a unique event concept for you that fits your personality and fulfils your dreams. The concept will be presented in the form of drawings with clear directions in terms of colours and textures, the type of wedding venue, as well as the flowers and decoration that will help translate it into reality.
Planning & Execution
We can help you with a full range of Wedding Planning services, organising everything from your choice of dress, wedding venue and honeymoon destination, to liaising with all your various suppliers. And we obviously can prepare and deliver your wedding flowers as well.
Our experienced wedding planning team will be responsible for helping you select the best providers capable of delivering to the specification derived from Zita's concept for your wedding and fitting your budget. They will make sure everything is seamlessly organised for the big day in your life.
How we work with you
Appointments with Zita and her team are held in her exquisite Kew florist store. During your first 45 minute meeting, you will get an introduction to Zita Elze Flowers and Zita's unique style. Our time together will be spent understanding your requirements, the scope of the wedding planning services you are looking for, your ideas and the atmosphere you wish to create. We will also discuss your budget and how we can help you to stick to it.
If possible, please bring the following with you to your appointment:
- Details of your wedding venue and church if already decided on
- Pictures of your wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses
- Any samples of material and stationery
- Any props you may wish to use
A member of our wedding planning team will contact you before your appointment and will be your point of contact for any queries and future meetings.
At a second meeting lasting between one and two hours, first design (and execution) ideas will be presented to you; we will try and find out about your likes and dislikes in more detail and discuss budget implications of different options. At a third meeting, you will receive a detailed proposal containing drawings and specifications for concept & design if appropriate, as well as detailed costings if you are interested in our planning & execution services. We will take all the time necessary to discuss any modifications you may wish to make as well as their budget implications.
