Wedding Flowers
The symbolic language of flowers is most captivating when used for wedding services and receptions. Inspired by the seasons, Zita employs her artist's feel for colour, tone and texture, reflecting the Bride's dreams and personality with unique, utterly beautiful and emotive designs.
Concept & Design
Zita will spend as much time as is needed with the Bride to truly understand her dreams, leading her through the design process until she discovers what she absolutely wants. The wedding flowers will reflect the Bride's personality, complementing her choice of dress, venue, theme and the season, in a unique, coherent and emotionally charged design.
If appropriate, the wedding flower design is clearly documented in a set of drawings and will be adjusted to your preferences and budget until you are entirely satisfied.
Planning & Execution
The floral decorations are usually produced at Zita's florist store in Kew and delivered throughout England and abroad, to the bride's home, the wedding venue and the church on the day of the wedding. Our team makes sure the flowers are in perfect condition and placed as specified to their full effect.
How we work with you
Appointments with Zita and her team are held in her exquisite Kew florist store. During your first 45 minute meeting you will get an introduction to Zita Elze Flowers and we will spend most of the time understanding the requirements for your wedding, the scope of services you are looking for, your ideas and the atmosphere you wish to create as well as your budget.
If possible, please bring the following with you to your appointment:
- Details of your wedding venue and church
- Pictures of your wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses
- Any samples of material and stationery
A member of our team will contact you before your appointment and will be your point of contact for any queries and future meetings. At a second meeting lasting between one and two hours, first design (and execution) ideas will be presented to you; we will try and find out about your likes and dislikes in more detail and discuss budget implications of different options.
At a third meeting, you will receive a detailed proposal containing drawings and specifications for concept & design if appropriate, as well as detailed costings if you are interested in our wedding planning & execution services. We will take all the time necessary to discuss any modifications you may wish to make as well as their budget implications.
