'Painting with Flowers' describes the creative process during which Zita's experience, personality and flair merge to produce an exquisite one-off creation. Working at speed, Zita's hands caress the flowers as the bouquet-in-the-making twists and turns through space, too fast for the eye to follow. The forms and colours of the flowers begin to blur into what looks like an impressionist painting.

Occasionally, she will pause to survey progress, adjusting and tweaking flowers and foilage until the bouquet is completed to her satisfaction. The process can take as little as a few minutes but the Performance is spellbinding.
